That was the key driver for Setup Systems S.A.E to develop Call Accounting System to help enterprise users (such as, Hotels, Banks, Medium-Large Office Building ….etc) to achieve full control on usage of the services.

Our System works with any PBX to gather data and provide wide range of call analysis and work (typical PC is required) to help enterprise customer to achieve the following:-

1- Limit wasted time on personal calls not related to business.

2- Evaluate the performance of employees and different departments by analyzing the calls made by sales staff and revenue collected against it.

3- Supervise any possible miss behavior in using telephone service and/or abuse the facilities being offered.

4- Control the usage by analyzing outgoing calls.

Security System:
Via the security system, a client may control any un-wanted intervention against the system and maintain the confidential data in it, as follow:-
1- Prevent operators to exit the program without authorized password.
2- Access level authorization control.
3- Authorize different users with the proper authorization level as needed by owner of the system.

Call Tariff:
It is a simple intelligence added to the system to cover local calls, mobile calls, international, long distance and special destination numbers throw editable tariff any time.

Tariff Modifications:
System is capable to modify and customize the tariff allocation as per needed.Telephone Directory:
We offer electronic directory service to allow enterprise customers to better use their directories for internal, external and staff lists.

Connectivity to other Systems:
System also offers a flexible connectivity to external billing systems and Property Management Systems (PMS) (such as Fidelio, Grandvision, HMS ….etc)

Program Registration and Copyright:

1- The Program was registered at the Information Center under registration # 4/58 dated 2/4/200

2- The Ministry of Culture licensed the Program with license # 92/2000 dated 17/4/2000

Installation, Training & Hand-over:
Installation, commissioning and hand-over are within one week from receiving the P.O.
Training is offered for two personnel for one business day within a week from the final Payment.

Warranty:
Setup Systems S.A.E warrants the system for one calendar year from the date of hand-over against defects in the software product itself.
Warranty period does not include any additional training.

Pre-Requirement from the Customer's side:
External telephone line(s) (a list of the trunk lines will be used).
Breakdown list of all departments and internal codes needed for every department.
List of internal Extensions that will be used within the system.
Tariff Policy that will be used.
